(I told her once she should create a way for people to order cards online, and then just print them out -- she sounded somewhat interested.) This guy such interesting things to say -- I especially liked his suggestion of a name that&amp;#39;s unique, so that all references are to his company and nothing else.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;He&amp;#39;s probably to the point where he doesn&amp;#39;t necessarily have to go begging for capital to &lt;a href="http://www.handbookoffinancinggrowth.com/" rel="nofollow"&gt; grow the business,&lt;/a&gt; but that&amp;#39;s not the case for a lot of other emerging growth and middle-market companies. For those entrepreneurs and business owners (not to mention those involved with them), there&amp;#39;s &amp;quot;The Handbook of Financing Growth.&amp;quot; It gives you solid information on the various financing strategies, sources and transactions to help you succeed and excel in the unpredictable environment that is ours (sadly) today. It&amp;#39;s written by practitioners and operators, in a style executives can relate to.
